Documentation and shipment coordination
Destination documents, phytosanitary and fumigation coordination, shipment milestones, and exception handling can be organized around the transaction. Pallet, container, and seal photos are available when requested in advance.
Typical payment structure
Terms aligned before release
Typical terms are a 20% deposit with the balance due within 30 days of shipment, or cash against documents. All terms are subject to contract and credit-insurance approval.

About Golden Valley
A new company with deep operating experience.
The Sandhu family founded Golden Valley Almonds in 2025 to add focused kernel processing capacity to its California almond operations.
The company operates from the former Montpelier Nut Co. facility in Denair—a plant with roughly three decades of almond-processing history. Today, Golden Valley pairs that established setting with hands-on leadership, modern sorting, and a direct link to Sandhu family orchards.

What is the minimum order?
One 40-foot full-container load, equivalent to 44,000 lb.
Can I request a custom specification?
Yes. J-Spec, K-Spec, and other buyer-specific tolerances can be reviewed and documented in the final contract.
How do I receive a sample?
Samples can be arranged for pickup at our Denair plant. We do not currently ship samples.
